Donation Refund Policy

At Cura Hominis Foundation, we deeply value the generosity and trust of our donors. As a non-profit organization, all donations are used to support our charitable initiatives, including healthcare services, welfare programs, and community development.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to Cura Hominis Foundation are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated promptly to ongoing projects and beneficiaries.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate donation: If you accidentally donate more than once.
Technical error: If a system or payment gateway error caused an incorrect transaction.
Unauthorized transaction: If your card or account was used without your knowledge.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Any requests received after 7 days will not be considered.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
Refund will be issued through the original mode of payment.
